I think this post is something that I have been searching for to keep the daughter busy through the holiday mornings. Obviously it called out share as there must be many moms who are having a hard time keeping the kids indoors. My experience also says its easier to keep them busy than have them idle where they will be up to some prank. So here are the 5 best ones I shortlisted for us to try today.
1) Can Phones
Many of you must have made these can phones when you were small. These phones can be made easily with cans or even paper cups and will keep your toddlers engaged for long. In case you don’t remember how to make can phones. Don’t Worry! You can check this out.
2) Marble Run
You just need cardboard, scissors and glue to make simple marble runs. You can also ask your kids to paint the cardboard and design the marble run. Still confused? Click here, I am sure it will help you to understand how to go about it.
3) Picture Frames
This is another wonderful craft idea for kids. Picture frames can be made out of a lot of things like paper, cardboard, ice-cream sticks and can be decorated with beads or one can also paint on them. Although you can make the frames with different materials, you can click here to know more about picture frames made out of craft sticks.
4) Cutlery Wind Chimes
All you need is a set of old forks and spoons, string, paper or plastic plate and items to decorate to make cutlery wind chimes. To know more, you can click here.
Making Masks of favorite animated characters and animals can be fun. These masks can be used in parties as well. Check this link to know better.
These were my favorite craft ideas. Hope you liked them and will use them to enhance the creative skills of your kids. If you have some other interesting monsoon craft ideas then do share them in the comments below.
