There have been a number of occasions when you would have noticed your children get too close to the television or the laptop when they are watching their favourite cartoons-and not all occasions do we notice it immediately and ask them to stay away from the screen. We live in a gadget-centric society and we have to admit that our kids are more exposed to the visual medium than us when we were growing up.
