What's the movie about:
Adapted from the novel by award-winning author Joke van Leeuwen, this movie is told through the eyes of an adorable ten-year-old girl who loves spending time with her dad. She believes he bakes the best cakes and pastries in the town and her moments with him are truly cherished. What happens when dad is suddenly called for a war? The movie goes on to narrate how the little girl's life takes a turn compelled by adult's choices and how she has to cross borders and territories to reunite with her dad.
