Meal Plan # 60: 12th – 18th Nov : Celebrating Children’s Week With Chocolate Chip Pancakes & Homemade Pizza

Sitting in Delhi, the only thing that is troubling every parent is the undying pollution in the city. Schools have shut down and the kids are confined to the house. When they're home my kids are constantly trying to find something "nice" to nibble on and I'm constantly trying to find healthy snacks for them to eat. It can get quite daunting. I normally make my batch of things for them to nibble on on the weekend depending on my meal plan for that week. But having them home all day means I have to find more "nice" things to keep them happy.

So if you see the meal plan this week, it's a fun menu. This week we're celebrating Children's Day. We all celebrate our children every day of the year, but this is a day to make them feel special. So, moms, we have pizza midweek which is something I normally avoid. All the kids I know love pizza and what better way to celebrate than with their favourite foods.
