Sitting in Delhi, the only thing that is troubling every parent is the undying pollution in the city. Schools have shut down and the kids are confined to the house. When they're home my kids are constantly trying to find something "nice" to nibble on and I'm constantly trying to find healthy snacks for them to eat. It can get quite daunting. I normally make my batch of things for them to nibble on on the weekend depending on my meal plan for that week. But having them home all day means I have to find more "nice" things to keep them happy.
We understand how crazy it can get to keep them entertained indoors. If you're looking for some ideas check out these great ideas here.
So every week I bring a wholesome meal plan that you can make for your family. But there are a lot of people who are still not convinced that a meal plan actually works. Read this article to know why you should opt for a meal plan and how it's going to get you some much needed "me" time.
We've been getting a great response from our readers and we're so thrilled that you like what you get in your inbox every week.
