    Each time there is a debate on can women have it all and work life balance we all get excited to know what women on the top think. I am no different. When I first read about Susan Wojcicki, CEO of Youtube and a mom who is expecting her 5th child. I was like wow. It reminded me of the Marissa Mayer article when she was hired as CEO of Yahoo while being pregnant and how she paved way for working moms and women in tech.

    While Pepsi CEO Indira Nooyi believes otherwise Susan believes that it’s important to have a work life balance to be motivated, fresh and buzzing with ideas. She has no qualms about getting home by 6 to join her kids for dinner and getting all the scoop from them.

    What’s also commendable is how she has managed to make so many women join the tech force and gives women 18 weeks of paid maternity leave and flexi work hours.
