Meet the team that brings their expertise, knowledge, and chutzpah to Kidsstoppress daily.
Founder and CEO
A powerhouse of a driving force, Kidsstoppress’ founder knows exactly what she wants. Based out of Mumbai, Mansi can be seen constantly looking at things and visualizing how she can make that work for the website. A mom of two girls, she fiercely defends her daughters’ rights to do what they want, when they want all the while finding new and interesting things for them to do. She has seamlessly integrated her lifestyle with that of her kids and loves blogging about it. When not working on Kidsstoppress she can be seen contorting her body into the most difficult of yoga poses or cooking healthy in her kitchen!
Social Media Executive and Head - KSP TV
Aashna Shah is our resident bright spark and ray of sunshine. A social media genius (as only someone her age can be) she promotes Kidsstoppress’ agenda in ways you can’t even imagine! A self-confessed selfieholic and celebrity stalker, Aashna has her pulse on all things trendy and cool. She unwinds with Game of Thrones and totally trendy and trippy music and dreams of her prince and future children riding towards her very soon.
Chief Editor and Content Strategist
Rati is a true manifestation of an urban nomad. She has lived and learned in India, Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the USA. She began her career as a journalist and then became an amateur folklorist. She finally figured out she loves writing above all and now tries to earn her bread and marmalade only through that skill. Presently, she is successfully juggling a career at Kidsstoppress, two sons, and a big dog, while talking politics and pop culture with her husband. She looks great in her pajamas while doing all that too!
Content Editor and Writer
Janani brings a certain calmness to any situation and when you are working in an office where estrogen runs high, that is a huge advantage! Janani started her career as a software engineer but her love of writing pulled her away from that. She is constantly setting herself high standards seeing as she is the daughter of a surgeon dad and writer mom. The birth of her daughter has made her very vocal on all things parenting and she loves sharing her thoughts on Kidsstoppress. She bleeds blue and loves watching movies in her spare time.
Head - KSP Code and Contributor
Neha realised her true calling with the birth of her daughter. She spent her formative years in a boarding school and she attributes her spectacular sense of humour to her time spent there. Years ago she armed herself with an MBA and added 10 years of marketing experience to it. But once she held her daughter in her arms she knew she wanted to join the mad race of parents and share everything she has learnt and continues to learn daily with her chosen group. When writing doesn’t help maintain her sanity she takes to art and colour, but she is yet to share her art masterpieces with the world.
DIY Strategist and Curator
Our resident DIY and craft wizard, Kanishka is known to collect scraps that people normally throw out and make beautiful objects with it! Though she is qualified to be an early educator and a jewelry designer, she admits that working with a glue gun, scissors, and glitter satisfies her creatively. She traces her roots back to Ahmedabad and is being kept busy by her eight year old son who she tries all the craft ideas on before sending them out into the world.
Social Media Manager
Mansi Gala is our go to for everything that seemingly trends on social media. She has her pulse on what's cool and what's not on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. She maintains her favourite though, is Snapchat! Part of the younger brigade at Kidsstoppress, she loves dancing, listening to the latest tunes, and even loves to cook and bake! Kinda of a really useful person to have around!
Social Media Manager
Vidhi tends to veer towards the overly dramatic, and why wouldn't she when she loves everything Bollywood! As part of the younger lot at Kidsstoppress she is a whiz at social media marketing and makes sure our posts reach the entire world! In between dreaming about Bollywood stars she manages to plot her next travel destination.
Parul Gupta is a stay at home mom to an 11 year old girl and a 6 year old boy. She says they are as different as night and day and spends a lot of her time and energy to keep the peace between them. She was part of the travel industry for 10 long years and though she misses the corporate life, nothing compares to the joy of seeing kids benefitting from her attention while she is with them. When things get overwhelming, she de-stresses by moving to the kitchen to whip up some dessert or retreats to her art room to paint.
With a Masters in Communications, Vaishnavi has worked in a number of jobs that have required her to write to earn a living. She has lived in Chennai, Bangalore, and the U.K. before finally moving back to Bangalore. With her one-year-old son keeping her on her toes, she is now channelling all her recently acquired new mom experience at Kidsstoppress.
