Easy Halloween Crafts With Just 4 Supplies

It was a Monday evening and the blues had set in. So we tried to stir things up at home and decided to have some fun with crafts! Sneakily, I tried to incorporate some learning into and boy! did we have some fun! All we needed was our trusted HP printerÂ and the ideas just flowed.

With Halloween around the corner we decided to do something fun, unique, and useful for Halloween.Â Here is what we did:

1. Memory Game

This game is an activity that keeps kids busy for hours and also can be played long after Halloween is done.Â Easy and convenient to make too! First search for some Halloween images online. Then print them using HP DeskJet Ink Advantage’s wirelessÂ networking. That’s it. We are ready to play!

The objective ofÂ this game is to increase memory and concentration skills in children.

Print two copies of each image.
Lay them all face down and mix them up.
Ask your child to turn one card and then another to try and make a pair.
If they can’t find a matching card, the next player gets a turn.
Play continues till all the cards are matched.
Increase the number of cards depending on the age of the child.

2. Make your own Trick Or Treat Bag

An essential to carry all the candy while going trick or treating, we decided to skip the boring store bought ones and instead made our very own!It took us less than 10 minutes to make.

First buy or source a brown paper bag. Then use the HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3635 to print out decorationsÂ for the trick or treat bag either to go with your costume or random spooky images for Halloween. You could print them out in black and white if you want quick results. It took us all ofÂ 14 seconds and the prints were ready. Â Then cut and stick the decorations on the brown paper bag and voila! you have a beautiful, custom designed trick or treat bag!
