If you're pregnant then I'm sure you're constantly hearing that you need to eat healthy and nutritious food, eat often without too many gaps etc. You have to look after your body and health now that you have a little tiny being growing inside you.

Did you know that what you eat during your pregnancy will be the building stones for the future generations in your family? You pass on what you eat to your child and they, in turn, will pass on the same to theirs. So if you're eating unhealthy food, suffer from high blood pressure etc, it will all have an effect on your baby.
